About Aaron Pier

Aaron Pier is the founder and lead attorney at Lone Star Elder Law, where he brings over two decades of legal experience to families in Lubbock, Texas, and beyond. A graduate with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003, Aaron has built his career on guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning, elder law, and probate with professionalism and care.

Before establishing Lone Star Elder Law, Aaron led the long-term care planning team at the largest full-service elder law firm between D/FW Metroplex and El Paso, sharpening his expertise in helping families protect their legacies and prepare for the future. Today, he is passionate about delivering personalized, client-focused legal solutions that simplify the planning process and provide peace of mind.

When he’s not working, Aaron cherishes time with his three children—Michael, Laura, and Allison—and their dog, Cooper. As a dedicated advocate for his clients and a proud member of the Lubbock community, Aaron is committed to protecting what matters most to the families he serves.
